When shopping at BSAT, you have a 60-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

This right only applies if the item is returned in the same condition as received. If the product has been used – for example, worn for a full day – the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may either send the item back or refuse to accept the parcel at the post office.

We recommend using our return portal (see more below).

Always remember to ask for a receipt from the shipping provider when handing in your package.

Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will process your refund/exchange.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you can return it to us within 60 days. We cover the shipping costs for the first exchange on an order. For any additional exchanges (e.g., a second exchange), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please remember to include a paper in the package and clearly indicate the size you would like in exchange. The paper must also include your phone number and your order number.

Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the time we receive your return.

If you would prefer a refund, simply state this clearly on a paper in the package. The paper must also include your phone number and your order number.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 days after we receive your return.

When requesting a refund, the amount will be returned to the account linked to the payment card used at the time of purchase.

If you paid via Klarna, the amount will be refunded to your Klarna account, from which you can transfer the funds to your bank account. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

We can only issue refunds to the payment method originally used on the order.

Denmark: You can choose to use our online return portal to order a return label.

Other countries: Contact our customer service via email, and they will assist you with the return.

Denmark: If you're exchanging for a different size or item, the return label is free to use within Denmark. If you are requesting a refund, a fee of 5 € (39 DKK) will be deducted for using our return label.

Please note: If the return form is not filled out correctly, we will issue store credit. You are always welcome to contact us if you would like this changed.
